These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the qx999 platform and all its services. By accessing the qx999 website or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

Each person may open only one qx999 account. If multiple accounts are created under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Providing false information may cause issues during account verification and may delay or cancel the withdrawal process.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts at qx999 receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x, applied to the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus amount). For example, completing ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets allows winnings from the bonus to be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

qx999 actively monitors to prevent misuse of bonus benefits. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, risk-free betting strategies, or any other form of abuse will result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.

3.4 VIP Program

The qx999 VIP Program has four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier comes with additional benefits and personalized service.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at qx999 is ৳500. This limit applies to all payment methods. The currently accepted payment methods are:

4.4 Currency

5.1 Betting Limits

5.2 Betting Markets & Outcomes

In cricket and other sports betting markets, if a match or event is cancelled after bets have been accepted, the relevant bets will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. qx999 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.3 Game Fairness

All games on qx999 are fair and rely on a Random Number Generator (RNG). Regular audits are conducted to ensure fair play. There is no bias in game outcomes.

5.4 System Errors

If a software or system error causes an abnormal game outcome, qx999 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the stake. Users have no right to claim a payout resulting from an error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qx999:

• Using a false identity or false information when creating an account
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to exploit the system to gain bonus benefits
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Placing bets using third-party funds
• Using bots or automated software on the platform

In the event of a policy violation, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

8.2 Closure by qx999

In cases of terms violation, fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities, qx999 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. In such cases, any earned bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, qx999 will send a notice to the registered email. If no response is received within the specified time, the account may be marked as inactive.

• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or disclosure of account information
